The Grand Hall
Our reception will be in the Grand Hall at the castle. I like that none of the guests have to drive between the ceremony & reception. This is a picture of the castle entrance (and "the bouncers" as I like to call them)
We have invited 261 people to celebrate with us. While we are taking pictures, the guests will enjoy butler-passed hors d'Oeuvres including: Philly steak & cheese bites (Marcus is from Philly), crab rangoons (My favorite), chicken & pineapple kabobs with a pineapple-ginger sauce, & chicken quesadillas with salsa. There will also be a cheese & vegetable table set up.
We will be having a sit-down dinner starting with salad & rolls, followed by the guests' choice of Herb Rubbed Roasted Prime Rib, Stuffed Chicken Normandy (stuffed with apples & bacon), Crabmeat Stuffed Flounder, & Pasta Primavera. Everyone will be served a Key Largo vegetable mix consisting of green beans, red peppers, and yellow & orange carrots. We will also serve parsley red potatoes. Yum Yum!
Dessert will be moist white wedding cake with raspberry filling. Being a Pittsburgh wedding, we will also have a huge cookie display open all night for the guests to enjoy.

Chair Covers
Ordered from Fab not Drab chair covers. Best price I found in the Pittsburgh area! This is a picture of chair covers they did at my reception venue. The picture below shows the swatches I am choosing from for the sashes. I like the dark red one, on the left, the best.
Dance Floor/ Window Cling
I ordered this from Oriental Trading for $14. It's clear when you peel it off from the white backing. I'm planning to put it on the dance floor, but if for some reason it doesn't stick, I'll put it on one of the windows.
Cake Server & Knife Set
These were an engagement gift from my parents. They are engraved with our names, the wedding date, & the phrase, "Two Hearts, One Love."

Slipper Basket
I am a fan of providing your dancing guests a reward for their tired feet. I am planning to order Chinese mesh slippers to make a slipper basket. Here is the sign that I will frame and place by the basket.
